Norman Gregory Fernandez an Attorney at Law, and the founder and owner of The Law Offices of Norman Gregory Fernandez & Associates. He is the proud father of two adult daughters.

    It’s a good thing that California is not in the midst of a financial crisis or they might not be able to afford this.But since when does cost matter when it comes to social engineering schemes?

    Unfortunately, the answer will be “give more money to large utility companies to continue to put a meter between you and energy, rather than blanket the roofs of cali with solar panels and create real, substantial change”.
